4. Inquiries & Quotations

All inquiries submitted through our website, WhatsApp, or email are non-binding
Quotations provided by Fiable Hydraulics are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise
Prices mentioned in quotations are subject to change based on raw material costs, taxes, and market conditions
GST and applicable taxes will be charged extra as per Indian government regulations
Fiable Hydraulics reserves the right to accept or decline any inquiry or order

5. Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation and advance payment as agreed
Order cancellation after production has started may attract cancellation charges
Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun
Any changes to confirmed orders must be communicated in writing within 24 hours of order confirmation

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise for export orders
For international orders, prices will be quoted in USD or as mutually agreed
Payment terms will be specified in the quotation — typically 50% advance and 50% before dispatch
Fiable Hydraulics accepts payment via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and cheque
Late payments may attract interest as per mutual agreement

7. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates and may vary based on production schedules and raw material availability
Standard delivery: 7–21 working days depending on product type and customization
Custom-engineered products may take longer — timeline will be communicated at order confirmation
Risk of goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility
Fiable Hydraulics is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
For export orders, shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in the quotation

8. Warranty & Quality

All products manufactured by Fiable Hydraulics carry a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects
Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, installation errors, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear
Hydraulic manifold blocks supplied by us carry the warranty provided by the original manufacturer
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographs and description of the defect
Fiable Hydraulics will repair or replace defective products at its discretion — free of charge during warranty period

9. Returns & Replacements

Standard catalogue products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition
Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the product has a manufacturing defect
Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Fiable Hydraulics
